Students in Year 13 have been celebrating in the past week after receiving their results for the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) Level 3.
The award, which is a culmination of 90 hours independent work and equivalent to half an A level, is actively promoted by Russell Group Universities as being of great benefit in strengthening university applications as well as preparing students for the rigours of higher academic study.
The girls achieved 100% A*-A and have all had their university offers reduced by one grade as a result.
Our congratulations must be given to the team of supervisors who helped them realise their potential as well as the girls whose perseverance and determination ensured their success.
