Over 45 local residents joined the School Council last week for an afternoon of festive entertainment and an abundance of tea, cake and other treats.
The Grand Salon was festooned with decorations as the dulcet tones of the Year 9 musicians filled the air. They entertained with carols and instrumental interludes and were delighted by the audience participation – the Twelve Days of Christmas was particularly lively!
The School Council spent time chatting with the visitors while sharing a lovely high tea and the raffle was a fun end to the afternoon.
Father Tony Sultana from Our Lady and St Dominic’s Church thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon, saying ‘It is becoming a tradition that we start our Christmas celebrations at Farnborough Hill. Thank you from all present. A very happy Christmas to all’.
