Farnborough Hill student Rosie has achieved A*AA grades in her A levels, securing a place at one of the most prestigious institutions in the country. Rosie will be completing a foundation year in art at Central St Martin’s, which admits fewer than 7% of applicants – making it more competitive than Oxbridge. She then has a place to read English at the University of Exeter in 2019.
Rosie is thrilled at the prospect of what her future might hold, commenting: ‘I am extremely excited for the next chapter. I have the opportunity to study one of my greatest passions, art, at the most prestigious and famous art college in the country, before going on to focus on my other passion of English. How many others have that opportunity?’
Mrs Alexandra Neil, Head, is delighted for Rosie: ‘At Farnborough Hill we talk about having passions and developing talents; Rosie is a perfect example of doing this to such a high standard in a variety of skills.’
