Italy Trip

At the end of term 83 Classics students and 12 staff left for a study tour Italy.  They had a great time visiting sites : Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri,  Rome.. and climbing up Mount Vesuvius!  In the evenings they sampled the delights of Sorrento (including lots of ice-cream!) and even tried their hand at pizza making.

It was a super trip and everyone was very excited to see places which they had learnt about in school.  Thank you to all the staff who accompanied the trip.  Here they are (students and accompanying staff) on the top of Mount Vesuvius – a glorious view and wonderful weather!
