Congratulations to our Year 13 students who were very busy last term preparing their university applications and are now receiving offers, many from their first choice universities. Competition for places at all the universities is fierce and nowhere more so than Oxford and Cambridge and so we are particularly pleased that three of our students have received offers from these universities.
Pictured above with Mrs Buckle are (from left to right): Holly (13HAD) who has been offered a place to read History at Pembroke College, Cambridge and is studying for A levels in English Literature, French, Government and Politics and History; Carys (13HAD) who has an offer of a place to read Experimental Psychology at Wadham College, Oxford and is doing A levels in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics; and Lucy (13MIL) who has an offer of a place to read Natural Sciences at Trinity Hall, Cambridge and is currently studying Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
Now all our Year 13 have just one more hurdle - to meet their offers in the A level examinations in the Summer! We wish them well and look forward to supporting them with their studies over the coming months.
