Rowing Gold for Holly
Congratulations to champion junior rower, Holly (9 ω) who won a Gold medal (along with her rowing partner) at the British Rowing Championships in July (WJ14 double scull).
Holly’s gold medal was the highlight of a sparkling season for her. She won regattas throughout the summer and remained unbeaten in her single and doubles. Not surprisingly, she won the award for 'most junior wins' at her rowing club.
Rowing competitions continue throughout the year as they now move into head races (long distance) and we look forward to following Holly's progress over the coming months. Well done, Holly!
