Ski Trip
The ski trip to Holzgau in Austria during half term was a great success. 46 girls from Years 8 to 12 enjoyed a week of skiing with some great snow and beautiful weather (most of the time).
The girls were split into groups according to their ability, each with an instructor who led them around the mountains doing drills and practices to help them develop their skiing technique. The week on the slopes ended with a timed slalom race and the girls were awarded medals for their efforts over the week.
Evening activities included a scavenger hunt, bingo, swimming, a visit to an ice cream parlour and a talent show. The trip was great fun and enjoyed by students and staff alike.
