Choosing where to study for your A levels is just as important, if not more so, as choosing the right school for Year 7. These final two years of your education are going to play a huge part in setting you up well for your future, whatever that might look like for you.

Whether you have been at Farnborough Hill for the past five years, or whether you are looking at us for the first time, explore our Sixth Form here and start to appreciate how you will be championed to achieve the future you dream of.

Take some time to reflect on what you have read on this website. If you are in Year 10, join us for our Taster Days in June. Or you can arrange to come and see us for a tour and book a space on our Sixth Form Open Evening held in September each year.

You are also welcome to call us on 01252 226908 or email us at [email protected] to discuss any questions. And, when you are ready to apply, you will find all the details you need below.

Apply To Join The Sixth Form

We try to keep our admissions process for Sixth Form as simple as possible as we understand this is a busy year for you.

After your visit, the next step to joining the Sixth Form on the Hill, is to complete our Application Form.  If you are interested in applying for a Scholarship or Means Tested Bursary, please ensure you indicate this on the Application Form and do take into consideration the various application deadlines below.

Everyone who applies to join our Sixth Form will be invited to an interview with our Head and Head of Sixth Form. If you are applying for a Scholarship, your interview and assessment / audition will take place in early November. Interviews for those not applying for a Scholarship will take place as registrations are received.

All our offers are conditional on you securing six good grades (9 - 6) at GCSE, unless there are extenuating circumstances. Given the demands of A level study, you should have attained at least a grade 7 in the subjects you wish to study at A level (or ideally a grade 9 in Mathematics if you wish to study Further Mathematics).

We aim to send your offer of a place within two weeks of your interview.

Contact us at [email protected]. or call 01252 226908.
