Farnborough Hill is looking to recruit a part-time Minibus Driver to transport pupils from local pick-up points to the school and return during school term dates. The school currently operates eight minibus routes across its catchment area, but we are looking to expand this.
Applicants should hold a current, clean, and valid UK driving license with D1 and be 25 years old or older for insurance purposes. Experience of driving a large vehicle and geographical knowledge of the area is preferred but not essential. We are looking for a team member who is enthusiastic in their work and able to work with minimum supervision.
This is a permanent role, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6.45 to 8.45 am and 3.45 to 5.45 pm, term time only (33 weeks). There may be occasions where additional hours are required to be worked; for example, the school carries out several small day trip excursions during the academic year. Compensating time off or additional pay will be provided; as appropriate. The salary is £10,040.65 (£15.21/ hour).

We require drivers that can be available to step in and cover for sickness and holiday on an ad hoc basis.

Farnborough Hill is looking to recruit a practising Catholic graduate, or equivalent, to support the School Chaplain and help promote the Catholic ethos and mission at Farnborough Hill, on a one-year fixed term contract from September to 10 July 2026. This role is an opportunity to work in a vibrant, all-girls, Catholic, day school and would provide the candidate with experience of working in a school environment. The role will help with Retreat Days, Assemblies, prayer, acts of worship, Charity events, co-curricular clubs, as well as, serving as a positive role model and person of faith.
This role will report to the School Chaplain. The hours of work will be 8.30 am – 4.00 pm Monday to Friday term time only plus Inset days, although there may be occasions when work outside these hours is required. We wish to appoint a Commercial Manager, at this welcoming and highly successful girls’ independent school. This is an opportunity to work in a school with motivated pupils and a very supportive ethos.
We are seeking a dynamic, commercial professional to help grow and manage our commercial lettings business and build an income stream from our existing assets.
The main purpose of the role is to work with the Bursar to manage commercial lettings, activities and engagements and identify opportunities to better exploit the School’s assets for a financial return. The postholder will efficiently manage all external lets on behalf of Farnborough Hill and actively seek out new partners to maximise the use of the site during the School holidays. The role is wide-ranging and requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work as part of the team with some support of high-profile School events required. The postholder must work well under pressure to ensure the smooth and efficient running of events. Essential skills include the ability to communicate with clarity, excellent organisation and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prepare and present relevant financial information.
The appointment will be from late September 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter. The role will be 25 hours per week; 52 weeks per year: Flexibility will be required, and hours may be annualised as appropriate. The FTE annual salary is £35,000. 140 hours holiday per year. Salaries are inclusive of holiday pay and are paid monthly. In accordance with the school’s current employment procedures, the first six months of the appointment will be probationary. There is auto-enrolment into the School’s defined contribution pension scheme, free on-site parking, remission of fees for a daughter attending the School (in line with the current policy, subject to the usual standards and procedures for admission), and ‘Death in Service’.
